The Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition aims to create a collaborative community approach to address mental health and substance abuse issues, providing resources and support for those in need.
T3 contributed to that vision by developing a web-based dashboard called ICT Community Connect that provides users with a Q&A decision tree approach to find the service providers that aligns to their search.
